About
PwC Switzerland's programme programme is designed to attract the brightest minds from leading universities and give them genuine consulting experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will contribute to client projects spanning strategy, operations, digital transformation, and organisational design. Our Swiss base and global client portfolio offer unmatched exposure to complex, cross-border business challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's student in a quantitative or business discipline with a strong academic track record. Proven ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus. Fluent in English; additional Swiss national languages are highly valued. Resilient and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing project environments. Demonstrated leadership or initiative in academic or extracurricular settings.
Responsibilities
Support project teams in developing strategic recommendations for C-suite clients. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using both proprietary and public data sources. Structure and synthesise findings into compelling narratives for client presentations. Assist in facilitation of client workshops and stakeholder interviews. Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for proposed solutions. Manage discrete workstreams with guidance from senior consultants.
What we offer
Real consulting experience on live client engagements — not simulated case studies. Structured feedback from an experienced coach and project manager. Exposure to a diverse range of industries and business challenges within a single placement. Formal training programme covering consulting fundamentals, communication, and analytics. Competitive stipend and potential for a return offer to a full-time analyst position.
