Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with a minimum GPA of 5.0 (Swiss scale) or equivalent. Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts including valuation, risk, and capital markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Fluency in English required; proficiency in German or French strongly preferred. Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn from senior practitioners. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
Responsibilities
Support the team in executing capital markets transactions from origination to closing. Prepare transaction documents, term sheets, and information memoranda. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for M&A or financing mandates. Coordinate with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution. Track market conditions and maintain deal pipeline records. Present findings and recommendations to the team in a structured, professional manner.
