Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, STEM, or Social Sciences. Strong analytical toolkit including quantitative research, financial analysis, or market sizing. Excellent English communication skills — both written and oral. German or French is a significant plus. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player who thrives on intellectual challenges and client interaction.
Responsibilities
Support project teams in developing strategic recommendations for C-suite clients. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using both proprietary and public data sources. Structure and synthesise findings into compelling narratives for client presentations. Assist in facilitation of client workshops and stakeholder interviews. Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for proposed solutions. Manage discrete workstreams with guidance from senior consultants.
What we offer
Opportunity to develop a comprehensive consulting toolkit — structured thinking, data analysis, slide craft, and client communication — over a concentrated placement. Close collaboration with experienced managers and partners who actively invest in intern development. Firm-wide intern events, practice-area deep dives, and alumni panel sessions. A transparent pathway: strong performers are considered for graduate consulting roles before returning to university.
