High degree of intellectual rigour and attention to detail. Entrepreneurial spirit and genuine interest in business strategy and value creation.
Responsibilities
Support project teams in developing strategic recommendations for C-suite clients. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using both proprietary and public data sources. Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for proposed solutions. Manage discrete workstreams with guidance from senior consultants.
What we offer
Opportunity to develop a comprehensive consulting toolkit — structured thinking, data analysis, slide craft, and client communication — over a concentrated placement. Close collaboration with experienced managers and partners who actively invest in intern development. Firm-wide intern events, practice-area deep dives, and alumni panel sessions. A transparent pathway: strong performers are considered for graduate consulting roles before returning to university.
