Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally demonstrated through academic results, case competitions, or relevant work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage. Strong intellectual curiosity and drive to understand complex business problems. Ability to synthesise large amounts of information into clear, actionable insights. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Support project teams in developing strategic recommendations for C-suite clients. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using both proprietary and public data sources. Structure and synthesise findings into compelling narratives for client presentations. Assist in facilitation of client workshops and stakeholder interviews. Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for proposed solutions. Manage discrete workstreams with guidance from senior consultants.
