Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's student in a quantitative or business discipline with a strong academic track record. Proven ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus. Fluent in English; additional Swiss national languages are highly valued. Resilient and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing project environments. Demonstrated leadership or initiative in academic or extracurricular settings.
Responsibilities
Contribute to strategic analysis and issue identification for active client engagements. Build financial models, market sizing analyses, and competitive landscapes. Prepare client-ready presentation materials including slide decks and executive summaries. Participate in client workshops and internal team meetings. Conduct primary and secondary research to support hypothesis-driven problem solving. Collaborate with team members across offices and functions to deliver integrated recommendations.
