About
Oliver Wyman's programme programme is designed to attract the brightest minds from leading universities and give them genuine consulting experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will contribute to client projects spanning strategy, operations, digital transformation, and organisational design. Our Swiss base and global client portfolio offer unmatched exposure to complex, cross-border business challenges.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, STEM, or Social Sciences. Strong analytical toolkit including quantitative research, financial analysis, or market sizing. Excellent English communication skills — both written and oral. German or French is a significant plus. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player who thrives on intellectual challenges and client interaction.
Responsibilities
Perform market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to inform client strategy. Build Excel models to support business case development and scenario planning. Draft and refine PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex findings clearly. Support client communication and follow-up under the supervision of the project manager. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original thinking to problem-solving. Take ownership of analytical modules and present conclusions to the team.
What we offer
Opportunity to develop a comprehensive consulting toolkit — structured thinking, data analysis, slide craft, and client communication — over a concentrated placement. Close collaboration with experienced managers and partners who actively invest in intern development. Firm-wide intern events, practice-area deep dives, and alumni panel sessions. A transparent pathway: strong performers are considered for graduate consulting roles before returning to university.
